To use your new money-saving service, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Locate an access number nearest to your town. Access Numbers
   Write this phone number down and keep it next to your phone.
2. Dial the local access number. You'll hear an announcement
   saying "Please dial the number you wish to reach".
3. After the announcement you'll hear a dial-tone enter the phone number
   you wish to reach with the 1 and area code. That's it!!
